Mid-to-Late 19th Century cast Bronze Louis XVI-style 3-light wall Applique
This cast bronze wall applique in the style of Louis XVI was forged around the mid-to-late 19th century, presumably in the Low Countries or France. The burning vase, flanked by two Satyrs, descends into a cartouche-shaped backplate holding 3 scrolling candle branches before ending in a twisting corbel.
The applique bears a beautiful red-brownish patina in accordance with its age. Non-wired and in its original state.
