Christofle - Silver plated cutlery canteen for 12 persons - Berain Marot pattern - 37-piece/12-pax. - France, mid-20th century

A canteen of silver plated dinner cutlery in model Berain Marot. This pattern is decorated with shells and curls. All parts are silver-plated on the basis of 150 grams of silver. The series has been discontinued, so parts of it will become increasingly rare. The cutlery comes in the original Christofle case with two locking brackets.

Consisting of:

- 12 dinner spoons
- 12 dinner forks
- 10 tea / coffee spoons
- Large soup ladle

All parts are marked [O-Rook-C] on one side and [O-scales-C] above [CHRISTOFLE] on the other sides.

The cutlery parts are in excellent condition with slight scratches from usage and some oxidation pertaining to the patina of the silver. The cassette has some worn spots on the outside, but the inside is in excellent condition and perfectly suitable for storing the cutlery.
