Silver Plated Cutlery in Louis XIV-style - 72-piece/12-pax - presumably Belgian or German-

A beautiful silver-plated set of cutlery in the style of Louis XIV, in its original, matching cassettes. The fact that all cutlery pieces have their own case seems to indicate that the original owners might have collected this set piece by piece. The parts are elegantly decorated with symmetrical details of scrollwork and flora.

Consisting of:

- 12 dinner spoons
- 12 dinner knives
- 12 dinner forks
- 12 dessert/teaspoons
- 12 breakfast/dessert knives
- 12 dessert/pastry forks

The cutlery is in excellent condition, with inconspicuous signs of use that are limited to minor scratches. Please refer to the pictures for an impression.

All parts are marked on the back with [R] [30/10/8 / x ..] for the silver plating. Unfortunately, identifying the maker's mark has until today proven impossible.
