Gero, Georg Nilsson - Silver plated Cake server - Art Deco - "Palmet"
This wonderful silverplated cake server was designed by Georg Nilsson in the 1930's for Gero, Zeist. The server has a ring-shaped handle. The piece shows obvious inspiration from palm and lotus leaves.
Marked on the back of the handle with [GN][Gero][90]
On the last few pictures the cake server can be seen illustrated in the catalogue of januari 1940.
