Christofle - Silver plated Art Deco Diner Cutlery - Boreal collection - 36-piece/12-pax. - France, c. 1935-1983

Beautiful silver plated dinner cutlery from the French house of Christofle, consisting of 36 pieces. The pattern - Boreal - was designed in 1929 by Luc Lanel in the heyday of the Art Deco style. The pattern has a streamlined appearance with clean lines.

Consisting of;

- 12 dinner spoons
- 12 dinner forks
- 12 dessert spoons

In excellent condition. Some age-appropriate light scratching due to usage. Discoloration visible in the photos is purely oxidation of the silver.

Marked [O-Rook-C] on the one hand, and [O-Scales-C]+[Christofle] for Orfevrerie Christofle on the other, marks used in the period of 1935-1983.
