Silver Plated Champagne/Wine cooler on a velvet Tray

A silver plated champagne/wine cooler, on a platter inlaid with blue velvet . The cooler widens as it gets higher, and is decorated with concentric circles, and two spheres with ring-shaped handles.

Diameter: 19cm

In pristine condition. Both the cooler and the tray show no loss of silver, and are virtually free of scratches. There is only some scratching on the bottom, probably from sliding. This is of course invisible when the cooler is upright.
