Silver Plated Cutlery Canteen - Arabesque - 71-piece/9-pax. - Gero, the Netherlands - 1968-1985
A beautiful silver-plated canteen of cutlery in the Arabesque model, sold in the Netherlands at the end of the 1960's by the Gerofabriek from Zeist. The cutlery comes in the original canteen with a red-pink inlay typical of the 1970s, and in addition to a complete 9-person cutlery, it also contains a large collection of serving cutlery that is not often found in this pattern.

The Arabesque pattern was originally designed by Peter Quattlander for Bruckmann & Sohne, and was manufactured until 1985 after the takeover by Gero.
