A 24-piece canteen of dinner cutlery in the iconic "Atlas" pattern, designed around 1930 by Luc Lanel for the first class dining room of the "S.S. Normandie", the famous steamliner sailing on the France - New York route. The dining rooms on this ship would become one of the most famous examples of Art Deco period interior design.
Consisting of:
- 12 dinner spoons
- 12 dinner forks
In a fitting canteen.
The pieces are in excellent condition for their age, with slight traces of use. Please refer to the pictures for details.
