Antique Christofle Ladle - Chinon collection - France, 1880-1900

An antique silver plated soup ladle, made in the factory of Charles Christofle, Paris. The ladle has a beautiful, curved handle. Based on the marks, the spoon can be dated to around 1880-1900. From the Chinon collection - a ubiquitous pattern in 19th century France. The model has been a fixture throughout the company's history; only in 2016 did Christofle stop producing it.

In excellent condition. Even after 130 years, the silver luster is beautifully preserved.
