Silver plated Cream and Sugar set - Gero, Georg Nilsson - the Netherlands, 1940's

A silver plated cream and sugar set in Art Deco style, designed by Georg Nilsson for Gero, Zeist and made in the 1940's. The lobed sugar bowl and creamer stand on a rectangular tray with two decorated handles. The last picture shows the set depicted in the Gero catalog of January 1940.

The set is in pristine condition. Only some scratches in the places where the jugs have stood on the tray.

The pieces are marked on the bottom with [Letter][Gero][90][GN for Georg Nilsson]
