Orfevrerie Gallia - Original Art Nouveau Vide Poche ("Empty Pockets") Tray - c. 1910
A French Art Nouveau vide poche - or "empty pockets" - made and silver plated by Orfevrerie Gallia around 1908-1910. The bowl used to serve in a hallway or on a bedside table, as a place to put keys, rings and other accessories.
Very finely detailed and in top condition, with only a few scratches on the inside of the tray.
