Christofle, Gallia - Silver-plated 3-piece Tea Set - France, 1935-1975

A silver plated Christofle tea set, from the Gallia line. The hallmarks can be traced back to the period between 1935-1975. The set is nicely detailed with decorated edges, and consists of a teapot, a sugar bowl and a cream pot.

The pieces are in excellent condition. Only on the teapot, at the height of the curve of the jug towards the foot, are two inconspicuous dents of approximately 3 mm.

The pitchers are marked on the bottom with [Roosterin Square][GALLIA][O-Rook-C for Orfevrerie Christofle]
