A silver plated set of cutlery by the Belgian silversmith Wiskemann, of Brussels. The cutlery is decorated in the style of Louis XVI - referred to in the sales catalog of 1931 as "N.17 Louis XVI" and beautifully decorated with a pattern of bows and crossed ribbons. Wiskemann was founded in 1872 by Otto Leonard Wiskemann, and grew into one of the best known and most valued silver houses in Belgium. The last photo shows the cutlery model depicted in the 1931 sales catalog.

A total of 67 pieces.
All pieces in good condition, with minor signs of use. Minor scratches here and there. No damage or loss of the silver. A beautiful piece of Belgian craft in excellent condition for its age.
