A set of 12 antique silver plated knife rests, manufactured in the 1920's by Orfevrerie Mills, of Brussels. Ornate design with acanthus feet, and an empty cartouche in the middle of each side.

The Orfevrerie Mills took over from the silversmith Van der Torren in the early 20th century, probably around the 1920's or 1930's, and continued to produce silverware until at least the 1960's. The company was located at numbers 52-54 Rue van Schoor in Brussels (Van Schoorstraat 52-54).
