A set of 12 Silver Plated Rococo Knife rests - France, first half of the 20th century

A beautiful set of 12 silver plated knife rests with a chic Rococo (or Louis XV) pattern. The knife rests are decorated with an empty cartouche surrounded by a frame of scroll work in C and S shapes typical of the style. The pieces with three legs, therefore capabable to be placed in any rotated position. Origin presumably France, first half of the 20th century.
