An antique silver-plated ladle from the Delafosse collection, by the Parisian silver house Christofle. The Delafosse collection was launched in 1907 by Christofle. The Louis XVI style pattern has a rich decoration of garlands, festoons, rosettes and acanthus leaves.
Length: 39.5cm
In excellent condition.
Marked in the bowl with [C-Scales-C][CHRISTOFLE] for Christofle et Cie. This mark was in use until 1935, when the initials C-C next to the scales were replaced with O-C.
