Christofle - Chinon - Antique Cutlery Set - 24-piece/6-pax. - France, 1880-1910

Beautiful silver-plated set of cutlery in the Chinon model, made by Christofle, Paris at the end of the 19th or early 20th century. This set consists of 24 pieces of cutlery and is suitable for 6 people. The Chinon model has been part of Christofle's collection for 150 years, and has not been produced since 2016.

The cutlery is in good condition for its age, with small micro scratches from use.
Most spoons still have a flat point on the spoon bowls, a 19th century detail that disappeared early in the 20th century. 2 dinner spoons were made a little later, probably around 1910, and have a regular spoon bowl.
