Silver Plated Cutlery Canteen - 243-piece/12-pax. - Gero, Zeist - Perfection - the Netherlands, 1952-1960
Exceptionally extensive silver-plated set of cutlery, made in the 1950's by Gero, Gerritsen Zeist. The set consists of no fewer than 243 (!) heavily silver-plated pieces in their original canteen of 5 drawers. The pattern, Perfection, is a design typical of the fifties, with more modern, streamlined contours clearly different from designs from the first half of the century. The cutlery set is suitable for 12 table guests, consisting of:

The cutlery is in excellent condition. There are light micro scratches here and there, but overall the cutlery appears to have been little used. The cassette is in good condition on the inside, although the outside is discoloured by the sun.
All piece marked on the back with [Letter][Gero][100] or [Letter][Gero][90].
Given the weight of the canteen (30+ kg), pickup is preferred. We can personally deliver the cutlery within the Netherlands, Flanders and West Germany. For shipping increased shipping rates apply and the shipment will be sent in 2 parcels.
