A fine and large .835 silver Cachepot, probably dating from the early 1950's and made by the silversmith Wilhelm Binder (active 1869-1955 in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany). Twirled body with flower-shaped, folded edge, standing on three florally-formed legs. A beautiful piece of high quality and weight, the photos don't really do the piece justice.
