Beautiful silver-plated serving bowl with lid, made between1900-1940 by James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield. This company was one of the leading British manufacturers during the Industrial Revolution and remained active well into the 20th century. The bowl is round in shape with a removable lid and a hardwood handle.
