Antique Christofle Salad Servers - Canaux Laurier - France, c. 1890

Beautiful silver-plated salad cutlery (salad fork + salad spoon) by Christofle, dating from around 1890. The pieces are made in the now no longer produced pattern "Canaux Laurier".  Depicted in the Christofle catalog of 1890, they are beautifully decorated with hanging laurel branches. The salad fork with openwork bowl and engravings. Very decorative pieces, a beautiful eye-catcher on the table.
