We do our best to maintain a high standard for our objects. Nonetheless, it may occur that you are not satisfied with your purchase. In this case you have the opportunity to return your purchase.

E.U. citizens retain the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving it without explanation of the reasons. After cancellation, there is a 14-days period to ship the package back to us.  

Procedure for returns

1. The object has to be in the state in which it was received. For the discovery and documentation of shortcomings and/or defects, no methods may be used other than those neccesary for a visual inspection of the item, the principle being that one does not handle the item other than one would in a physical shop. 

The object shall be returned in the original package and with all additions and/or items that came with the package.  

2.Fill in the form for withdrawal and scan or send it via email to info@lgroenewoud.com. You may also fill in the forum digitally. The form can be found using this link.

3.Repack the items in the original package.

4. Label the package with our adress:

5. Hand over the parcel to the postal service. The cost for returning the parcel are for the consumers expense.

6. After receiving the parcel in good condition, we will return the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
